Molly at Two Months

Wow the time is just flying by!  

In a couple of days Molly will be two and a half months old.  

So I figured I better get the two month post done before she turns three months old :)

2/1/2012--Molly slept 6+ hours overnight for the first time.  

It was another week or so before this became a regular habit.

Pretty girl, dressed up for a birthday party!

 

2/10/2012--Third times the charm.  

FINALLY found a bottle and paci that Molly liked.

This picture is of Daddy feeding Molly (on 1/29) with the 

2nd bottle we tried (which we thought she liked).

I love Grandpa!

2/19/2012--Molly uses arms/hands to swing at/grab items hanging from play mat.

2/12/2012--Mommy's 2nd cousin Jody came to visit us!

2/14/2012--Molly's first Valentine's Day!

We were supposed to go to Xander's Valentine's Day party at school, 

but he got strep throat so we spent the day at home. 

Molly was NOT at all thrilled with me trying to get a cute picture and

she absolutely HATED wearing the "My First Valentine's Day" bib that

Xander wore for his first Valentine's Day.  See next picture.

"No I will not give you even one nice picture in this stupid bib!"

2/17/2012--Molly has her first Chiropractor visit with Dr. Long.

Mommy hopes this will help with her spitting up.

Molly cried A LOT (not a pain cry, but a "What the Hell are you doing to me?" cry).

Molly is beginning to have a lot more definite awake and sleep patterns.

2/20/2012--Last day in size 1 diapers.  Moved to Size 1-2 diapers.

2/22/2012--Molly slept over night for 9 hours.  

She must have been really tired, as it hasn't happened since!

2/26/2012--Terry and Jan came to visit and meet Molly.

2/27/2012--Molly get's a mild cold with a stuffy nose.

 2/28/2012--Two months old!

Xander and Molly!!!

2/29/2012--Molly had her two month check-up and shots.

Weight:  13lbs (92%)  Height:  23.25" (75%)  Head:  15.75" (75%)

She had a great visit (until the shots) and met all of the milestones for

babies her age.  She is more alert and aware of her surroundings; 

she coos, smiles and "talks"; follows objects with her eyes; 

can hold a rattle (ring) in her hand, and despite the lack of tummy time

(due to the reflux/happy spitting) she lifted her head 45 degrees.  

She also, began to reach for objects.
